  The DiSC training program examines several different styles of workplace assessments, which are then applied to real situations in the workplace. These different styles include human resource style, organizational style, function related style, quality assessment style, and others. These styles are also classified by the types of questions that can be asked or the types of inputs that can be used. The different types of question styles are determined by the specific situation for which they are being used. Human resource personnel assess employees on a variety of different qualities, skills, and aptitudes. These qualities and skills are compared to other employees who work in the same type of position. In this case, they compare the employees' strengths and gaps in skill with those of other employees who do not perform the same work.
